MARK HARDGRAVE

Mark, an esteemed member of the MFEG team, brings a wealth of experience in corporate advisory and investment management. Mark has a corporate advisory and investment management background, and he holds significant roles within the industry. He serves as the Chairman of ASX listed companies Traffic Technologies Limited and Pental Limited. Additionally, Mark co-founded and previously served as Joint Managing Director of M&A Partners, where he held responsibility for the AFSL (Australian Financial Services License). Mark's impressive career also includes being the former Chief Executive Officer of Bennelong Group, specializing in listed equities, property, and private equity.
Throughout his career, Mark has held senior positions at renowned investment groups such as Brencorp Group, Merrill Lynch, and Thorney Investment Group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland, and he is a chartered accountant and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mark's extensive background and industry knowledge make him an invaluable asset to the MFEG team, bringing strategic insights and a distinguished track record of success to the table.
