Monique Perry (Hollis) embarked on her career in finance after spending a significant portion of her professional life in the Travel Industry. Her journey began two decades ago on Fleet Street in London. Initially, she joined the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs but swiftly transitioned to their Merchant Banking Division. There, she served as a valuable resource for Partners, Presidents, and VPs in the risk management department. This early experience provided Monique with a wide array of tools and strategies that would prove invaluable in her future endeavors.
Monique's expertise extends beyond the realm of finance. In 2017, she successfully managed her family's land subdivision and construction development project, comprising nine lots. This hands-on experience granted her a comprehensive understanding of property development finance and a keen awareness of developers' needs. Since 2014, Monique has been a dedicated member of our team, working with us full time. She has diligently obtained the necessary qualifications and accreditations to serve as an accredited high-level broker.
She is our Operations Manager of the firm running all things systems and processes, and when she is not at work, you will find her enjoying time with her young family.
